Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, one may choose an Aitemag product of proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.
Aitemag 10PC is a polymeric treated product, with such features as high purity, ultra whiteness, easy flow and very easy-to-disperse. This product can be used in thermoplastic or crosslinkable polyolefins and elastomeric polymer systems with superior compounding and extrusion rheological performance as well as excellent electrical properties.
Aitemag 10PC can be used at lower-than-normal magnesium hydroxide loading levels to enhance FR compound processability and mechanical property without loss in the fire performance.
